If for any reason you need to leave your car unattended, please park in the parking lot and then come into the building. According to the Chandler City Fire Code, it is unlawful to park along a red curb and get out of your vehicle.

KINDERGARTEN STUDENTS

For early morning drop-off between 6:15am and 7:30am, early drop off is available through TFT, but after care is through TCA. The cost will be $6.00 an hour (prorated). Please make arrangements with TFT Director, Ms. Meagan Paine, and her staff.

K5 students will go to the playground located on the west side of the building at the TCA entrance. Parents may drop their student off at the curb, but do not park and leave your vehicle. If you need to come into the building, park in the lot and come in.

Students arriving after 8:25am should go to the front desk in the lobby, sign in and get a tardy slip before going to the classroom. Students in K5 are to be picked up in their classroom. Students who have not been picked up by 3:30pm will be taken to after-school care. After school care hours are between 3:30pm to 6:15pm. The fee is $6.00 per hour (prorated).

1ST – 6TH GRADE STUDENTS

During the month of August, September and May the classes will wait in the lobby and the student will be released to the vehicle. All students, grades K-6th, should be in late stay or with parents after 3:30pm. Students involved with elementary sports on Wednesday should be with their coach.

7TH-12TH GRADE STUDENTS

Jr High and Sr High students who arrive before 7:30am will go to the tables at the west side near the bicycle rack or the area located with trophy cabinets. After 7:30am students report to the gym and will be dismissed at 7:50am to go their lockers.

All students who arrive after 8:25am will go to the TCA office and get a tardy pass before going to class. When dismissed from 8th hour, all 7th-12th graders will go to sports practice or carline. After 3:30pm, 7th-12th grade students should not be upstairs by classrooms unless they are with a teacher or getting items from their lockers. At 3:30pm, remaining students will be dismissed by the teacher on carline to go to the Ignite room where they will be supervised by a teacher until 4:30pm.

Any students not picked up by 4:30pm will be taken to the lobby to wait for their ride. Students who stay after school must follow the same policies in the handbook or demerits will be given. Students should not be in the gym, soccer field or on the playground without supervision. Students must have permission from Pastor Stertzbach to be in the music practice rooms. Students are not allowed to go off-campus, CVS, IBCS buildings or other locations and should remain in their uniform until 4:30pm.
