You can request a transcript by contacting the school office registrar (480-245-7988), e-mailing the office at or filling out the form below and mailing it to our office. Please allow one full week for the processing and completion of your request.
Students requesting a transcript will need to pay a $5 fee for each official transcript printed and sent. Transcripts will not be sent until payment is made. Payments can be made by dropping off payment at our offices, by sending a check to our offices, or by credit card over the phone.
